Viewing an item
Click on a main category from the menu bar or from the main page. Go to an item upon which you want to bid. (See
You will see a list of categories. Beside each category name, you will see a description and a count of the number of auctions open in that category.
Click on a category with one or more open auctions in it.
You will see a list of items. Beside each item, you will see a brief description and the minimum bid.
Click on an item.
You will see more detailed information about the item, and will be given the opportunity to bid.
To return to the category page, click the Return to Category button at the bottom cetner.
To go to the previous or next item in the category, click the Prev. or Next button on the bottom left or right.
In the lower right area of the page, you will see a green block with some fields in it.
In the green block, enter the number of this item upon which you want to bid into the Quantity field.
Enter the amount you would like to bid into the Bid field.
Click on Bid on This Item.
Enter your username and password into the Username and Password fields.
Click Login.
If you entered a valid bid, you will be notified that you have successfully bid. You will also be email the same notification.
If your bid was not valid for some reason, you will be given some alternative bids.
If you want to bid one of the alternative bids, click Adjust Bid beside the bid you want to make.
If you do not want to bid any of the alternative bids presented, use the back arrow of your browser to go back to the item page and reenter your bid.
