How to use this document
There are two ways to use this document. I strongly recommend Netscape Communicator 4.0. This site was designed using Communicator as a test engine. Therefore, I can guarantee that all of the features work fine in Communicator. This first thing you need to do is register. Once you've registered, you will be able to user all of the features of this site. Registration is free. (All use of this site is free.) Until you have registered, you may only research users and contact users.
First, you could read through the entire thing in order. This will give you a good idea of how to use the site. Reading this entire document shouldn't take more than 20 minutes.
Some parts of this site rely heavily on JavaScript to acheive their functionality. In particular, the part which allows users to post their own items requires some features of JavaScript which are only present in Communicator. I will be working on finding a way to present that same functionality to other browsers, but until then, you can only post an item using Communicator.
Everything else should work fine in all recent browsers. If you're using a pre-JavaScript browser, you're probably using a pre-frames browser, and you won't be able to use the site anyway.
After you have registered, click on any of the main category listings that interest you. You will then see a list of the subcategories with the number of auctions in each subcategory listed. Click on a subcategory that interests you. You will see a list of items with their minimum bids. Click on an item that interests you. Here you will find more detailed information on the item. You can bid, or you can navigate using the buttons at the bottom of the page.
